During Live Stream:-
- No deposit is required for new customers :). For system bidding, just comment code +1. For manual bidding, please Private Message our Facebook Page your active contact number & mailing details immediately after successful bidding.
- Please take note of the measurements before ordering to avoid impulsive bidding as purchase is non exchangeable and non refundable.
- STRICTLY NO cancellation/exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancellation, Joy Bidder or Unruly shoppers will be banned.
- For JG-Collab Live Stream, please screenshot the items you successfully bid as no screenshot will be given after live.
After Live Stream:-
- Payment must be made within 24hours, checkout must be done after each live stream. For manual bidding, just send us payment screenshot once we have sent you the bill. Otherwise we have the right to auto release your items without informing.
- For system bidding, please key in your exact FACEBOOK NAME under "Customer Name" and "Recipient Name"
- When performing bank transfer, please indicate your exact FACEBOOK NAME under payment remarks for verification purposes. Failing to do so will result delay in sending out your parcel.
- Our packing commence every Wednesday, once a week. You will receive delivery updates latest by Saturday.
- Free courier for purchase of $80 and above.
- Normal mail postage at $1.50 is available up to 2 apparels. Kindly refer to the screenshot of the parcel labelling your name and address that we will provide. Approximately 7-10 working days, you will be receiving from Singpost and we are not liable for any missing parcel.
- Accumulation is strictly up to 2 lives (max 3 lives if Saturday is your first purchase), within a month from last date purchase. Do not accumulate your parcel more than a month due to storage constraint.
While we endeavor to rightly pack your items, adequately secure your orders and use trustworthy & dependable carriers to ship our parcels, occasionally we encounter defective, damaged or missing items. Fret not! Our Defect Policy is in place for you:-
- Within 7 calendar days upon receiving your shipment, if you notice of any damage/defect/missing items, immediately Private Message our Facebook page with photo proof as evidence.
- All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed and its original condition.
- Refund will be in the form of Credit to offset your next purchase.
- We have a "Be Charmed Babes Resale Group" for you to resell any Be Charmed Items.

- Payment must be made within 24 hours upon check out.
